If you decide you are unhappy with the product for any reason we will issue a refund using your original payment method within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must include order details to process a refund.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the original packaging.

Please note all returns are at the expense of the customer.

Shipping Information

All international packages are shipped via DHL, Fedex, or UPS and domestic (UK) packages are shipped via Royal Mail GB. We ship to most countries worldwide. 

Items shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by INTHEROTATION.
